Testimonials

"IMPACT helped me purchase my first home. Any questions I had they answered. Any forms I needed filled out they went over it with me thoroughly. It was a great process. It didn't take long. I love my home!"

"Just moved in, have some experience living out here before. Great little community of people & reliable landlords. Quality affordable places to live, not your normal trailer park at all. They are in the process of remodeling & replacing trailers so they have openings. Definitely worth checking out even if you aren't used to living in a trailer. Bonus: they allow pets."

- Kathleen Palmer

"Great helpful staff. Got a great move in deal. Words can't explain how wonderful the staff is from the beginning of our process to sign a lease and living in our new home."

- Brandi Shorty
